Venezuelan Baseball Stickers Starting in 1972, stickers replaced many of the cards produced in venezuela, specifically for pasting into albums. most are found with at least some glue and/or album residiue.
1972 "Topps" venezuelan stickers measuring approximately 1.5" x 2", these paper stickers use the same images as 1972 topps issue, except with green borders and numbers on the front. team names are in spanish (those without translation in english).
1977 "Topps" venezuelan stickers paper stickers with the same design as 1977 topps issue, numbers on the front. albums were printed with text about each player where the stickers were to be placed (see some examples below where the album stuck to the sticker on the other side). most stickers were glued only at the top so the sticker could be flipped up to read the underlying text.
